TL;DR

  • Every creator is listed with followers, average views, engagement rate and what they actually post.
  • Average views per video predicts reach far better than follower count.
  • Mukbang leads on reach by a wide margin, with a US median of 669,900 average views.
  • Medians elsewhere: restaurant reviews 35,000, healthy eating 24,000, recipes 19,450.
  • Engagement rate held between 6.0% and 8.9% across all four groups, so it works as a floor rather than a ranking metric.

If you’re looking for the top food influencers to work with in 2026, this list ranks standout TikTok creators across key food sub-niches, including recipe creators, restaurant reviewers, mukbang hosts, and healthy eating accounts.

Every creator below comes with average views, engagement rate, and a note on what they actually post, using data from Tiger Finder to highlight who can deliver real reach instead of just a big audience.

Restaurant review creators film dining trips and food-spot recommendations. Good fit for location-based brands, delivery apps, and restaurants, especially when the goal is to raise visibility fast, create buzz around specific menus, or support campaign ideas and limited-time events.

CreatorFollowersAvg. viewsWhat they post
@gabbriette788.6K523.5KCulinary prep and tasting with a strong personal aesthetic
@ohhhsoyoujaz1183.2K310.3KHome cooking demos and recipe ideas, plus restaurant visits
@shari1.2M85.1KHome cooking walkthroughs and honest meal critiques
@monicascassi363.5K57.4KHome-cooked meals with regional and cultural recipe notes
@munchicat65.7K36.1KBaking and recipe demos, home-baked desserts and plating
@chubby_hoocie1.6M31.1KFood content and cooking demonstrations, including recipe walkthroughs

Look at the second row. @ohhhsoyoujaz1 has less than a quarter of @shari's following and reaches almost four times as many people per video. Sort this list by followers and she drops to eighth.

@munchicat is the one to watch if your budget is tight. At 65.7K followers she averages 36.1K views, so TikTok is serving her content to about half her follower count every time she posts.

Creators with that ratio usually quote well below what their reach is worth. Our breakdown of TikTok influencer rates gives you a sense of what a fair offer looks like at that size.

Restaurant review creators film dining trips and food-spot recommendations. Good fit for location-based brands and delivery apps, or anything sold in venue. Ask for usage rights while you negotiate, because review clips work well as UGC on TikTok in your own paid ads.

CreatorFollowersAvg. viewsWhat they post
@ms.munchies1.4M582.6KReviews across fast-casual chains and neighborhood eateries
@andrewtowns3.5M263.2KOn-location dining and tasting with observational humor
@josephhall2.3M202.6KReviews of delivery and takeaway orders, packaging included
@lexirodriguez433.1K73.4KRestaurant and coffee tastings, drinks and snack formats
@justin.joung50.7K42.8KLocal restaurant visits focused on one city's food scene
@annainseoul2.1M31.5KFood and dining experiences with ratings and opinions across different cuisines and locations

This is the one corner where follower count and average views actually move together, at a rank correlation of 0.67. Bigger accounts here do tend to reach more people, so shortlisting is a bit more forgiving than it is elsewhere.

@justin.joung deserves a longer look than his follower count suggests. He has 50.7K followers and averages 42.8K views, all of it spent on a single city's food scene. For a regional campaign that beats a national account twenty times his size.

Which mukbang creators reach the biggest audiences?

Mukbang creators film large-portion eating shows with commentary. No other food sub-niche on TikTok comes close on reach.

CreatorFollowersAvg. viewsWhat they post
@recipeswithrhegan1.1M2.6MGeneral mukbang across cuisines with live-eating commentary
@selenaeats2much422.3K1.6MLarge single-sitting meals with stylized captions
@kie_eats4M1.2MEating and reaction content built on taste impressions
@sarah.slurps1.4M1MKorean, Japanese and Vietnamese dishes with ASMR eating sound
@calebcooks94362.5K669.9KFood tasting and cooking experiments, plus restaurant items
@eatduhparis1.3M651.1KEating show style videos, taste tests, and food reviews with commentary

The numbers aren't close. Median average views for the most popular US mukbang creators in our search came to 669,900, against 19,450 for the most popular recipe creators. Roughly 34 times the reach, at similar follower counts.

@selenaeats2much is the clearest argument for average views over followers. She has a tenth of @kie_eats's following and still reaches nearly a million and a half people a video.

💡 Pro tip:

Before you brief this one, weigh the reach against the fit. Mukbang is built on extreme quantity, and the comment sections pull in disordered-eating talk that a recipe creator's audience never generates.

For a snack or fast-food brand, that's a natural match. For anything positioned around health or portion control, the association works against you no matter how good the views look.

Who are the leading healthy eating influencers on TikTok?

Healthy eating creators cover nutrition and meal prep. This corner has the widest gap between follower counts and real reach.

CreatorFollowersAvg. viewsWhat they post
@musclesisters847.5K68.1KNutritious recipes and portion guidance, protein-forward dishes
@kayla_archambault680.2K64.7KMeal ideas and meal-prep routines, step-by-step ingredients
@martha_fit37.6K61.4KNutrition and wellness content built around balanced eating
@bertha_bertha_bertha_34.6K50.9KNutrition tips and antioxidant-focused foods, fasting and fueling
@kennedyrf243.8K35.0KMeal prep and protein intake, cooking for balanced diets
@skinnymindclub128.6K28.7KPosts cover healthy eating habits, cooking tips, dressings and balance between meals and fasting

Three of these five sit under 250,000 followers and two are under 40,000. @martha_fit averages 61.4K views against 37.6K followers, so her posts travel a long way past the people who follow her.

Five accounts in this search had over 500,000 followers and averaged less than 5% of that in views. Sort by followers and four of them land in your top five.

Ready to build your own food creator shortlist?

Every creator in this article came out of four searches in Tiger Finder, typed as plain sentences. You can run the same searches yourself, free.

How do you build this shortlist yourself?

Sort Tiger Finder creator search results by average views, use engagement rate as a floor, then check views against followers. That order matters more than any single number.

Here's the template. It works for any food sub-niche, and for plenty of niches that have nothing to do with food. For a wider walkthrough of the whole process, read our guide on how to find TikTok influencers.

  1. Write the brief as one sentence. Something like "US recipe creators who cook budget weeknight dinners." Skip the filter panel. Tiger Finder reads what's actually in the videos rather than what's in the bio, so plain description beats keyword guessing.
  2. Set your country first.
  3. Sort by average views. This is your reach number. Sorting by followers promotes accounts whose audience stopped watching a long time ago.
  4. Use engagement rate as a floor. Medians across our four searches ran between 6.0% and 8.9%. Treat roughly 5% as the floor and drop whatever sits under it. Ranking by engagement rate pushes the collapsed accounts straight to the top.
  5. Filter for a public contact.  A perfect match you can't reach isn't a match. This is the step that turns a research list into an outreach list. If outreach is something you would rather hand over, our roundup of influencer marketing agencies in the US covers teams that run it for you.
  6. Open three profiles and read the comments. A bio asking for follow-backs will explain a suspiciously good engagement rate faster than any metric will. We list the rest of the warning signs in our guide on how to tell if a TikTok influencer is fake.

What makes a food influencer worth working with in 2026?

Average views per video, checked against what's normal for their sub-niche. Follower count will lead you somewhere expensive and wrong more often than any other number.

Here's the thing about followers on TikTok. The For You Page decides who sees a video, and it doesn't much care who follows the account. A follower number tells you how many people liked a creator once, at some point. It doesn't tell you how many will see the video you paid for.

And the gap gets ugly. In the four searches behind this list, fifteen creators had more than 500,000 followers and still averaged fewer views than 5% of that number. One of them has 1.7 million followers and averages 13,900 views a video.

You'd be paying for the 1.7 million, but the average views is the number that tells you what you're actually getting.

What counts as good average views for a food creator?

It depends completely on the sub-niche, and the spread is wider than you'd guess.

Here are the medians from our four searches, US creators only:

  • Mukbang: 669,900
  • Restaurant reviews: 35,000
  • Healthy eating: 24,000
  • Recipes: 19,450

Engagement rate, meanwhile, barely budged across those same four groups. It sat between 6.0% and 8.9% for all of them. So if you're trying to work out which sub-niche will get your product seen, engagement rate won't help you much. Average views will.

Which means you benchmark every creator against their own corner. A recipe creator pulling 60,000 views a video is doing well. A mukbang creator pulling 60,000 is in trouble.

💡 Pro tip:

Divide average views by follower count. Above 0.5 and TikTok is actively pushing that creator past their own audience, which is exactly what you want. Below 0.05 on a big account and you're buying a follower number, not much else.

How do you find food influencers outside the US?

Change the country filter and run the same sentence again. Tiger Finder covers creators globally, and the free plan lets you test a few markets before you commit to anything.

If you're briefing a European campaign, run one search per country rather than one for the whole region. A creator who looks strong across Europe as a whole is usually a creator with no real foothold in any single country. For local help with briefing and outreach, we also keep a list of influencer marketing agencies in Europe.

Conclusion: who are top food influencers around the world?

Any list like this is a snapshot. These creators are worth talking to right now, and some of them won't be by the time your next campaign comes around.

That's why we built Tiger Finder. You type what you're after and it goes and finds creators who match.

Give it a try. It's free, so there's nothing to lose by seeing what comes back. 👇
