What counts as a search?
Each time you run a new search in Tiger Finder, that's one search. Modifying filters on the same search doesn't count as a new search.
What if I need more than 10 searches on the free plan?
You can upgrade to Tiger's Friend anytime to get unlimited searches. Your saved lists and data carry over automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but you keep full access for the time you've paid for.
Can I pay by invoice?
We only accept card payments via Stripe to keep pricing simple and accessible for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
What happens to my saved lists if I cancel?
Your lists remain viewable and exportable, but you can't edit them or run searches until you resubscribe. We keep your data, so everything's there when you come back.
